Hiking trail Hechtmoor

12 km - 2:30 h | Starting point: Parking lot in Rehberger Forst

From the parking lot, turn right onto the country road in the direction of Satrup and after a good 100 m turn left at a farm into a dirt road. You will now cross the Hechtmoor. At the end of the moor, keep left and after approx. 1.5 km you will come to Satruper Straße. Cross this road and continue right along an old railroad embankment. You will cross several roads along the way. At the entrance to Esmark, turn left and then follow the hiking trail signs to the right. You will pass through an industrial estate and cross Schleswiger Straße. Walk a short distance to the right and then turn left into Rehbergstraße. Turn right at the next T-junction. After about 400 m, keep left at a fork in the road (if you want to shorten the tour, you can also go straight ahead here). After about one kilometer, turn right at a thatched-roof farm onto a dirt road that leads you into the forest. In the forest, follow the signs towards the parking lot.
