The tour starts at the Dahlenburg Local History Museum. Following the Neetze River northwards, you reach Marienau and then Ellringen passing by the school grounds of the local boarding school. Continuing the circular tour in Ellringen towards Harmstorf, you will pass through an idyllic field path to Tosterglope and Ventschau. From Ventschau, the route leads through the villages of Kovahl and Neestahl towards Pommoissel. This unique landscape on the edge of Göhrde offers a breathtaking view of the Elbe River meadows. Across from Neestahl lies the hidden village of Tangsehl in a valley with a water mill, farm, and farm shop. From Pommoissel, it's worth taking a detour to the historically significant village of Lübeln (Göhrde Battle). The journey continues towards Oldendorf and then to Nahrendorf with its beautiful church and the Beck Museum Court. From here, it's just a stone's throw away via Mücklingen back to Dahlenburg.
