"Bsen de au!" ("Reflect!") - in Swabian, this call can be used to urge a person to come to their senses, to think again. The paths of reflection and contemplation on the Ehinger Alb want to invite you to leave everyday life behind you step by step in this centuries-old cultural landscape with its gentle hills, dark forests, light meadows and magnificent views over vast countryside, which, as it were, traces human life with its ups and downs. Inviting you to "come to your senses" in the best sense of the word as you walk through nature and discover the more of life.

The paths to be walked are therefore not simply hiking trails. Rather, the paths of reflection and contemplation want to accompany you on your search for the more of life. Signposts along the way bear witness to outstanding places that reflect the character of man and nature.
