We start at the parking lot at the ski lift and then branch off to the right towards Geißbachtal. We cross the Geißbach stream, keep right and walk directly along the stream towards Thannmühle. There we keep sharp right and follow the local hiking trail markings. Near Woppmannszell, we are rewarded with a beautiful view of Falkenstein Castle. We then continue towards the ski lift, the starting point of the tour.
