The starting point for this hike is the Stamsried market square. Walk from the market square in the direction of Schloßstraße. After the town hall, follow the signs for the hiking trail on the right-hand side and you will come to the "Kirchbachaue" recreation area. There you will find the Celtic tree circle, a Kneipp facility, the barefoot path and a children's playground. After about 200 m, turn left past the recycling center, uphill to the forest and the information board. Follow the signs for the hiking trail around the Mühlberg and back to Stamsried.
