The starting point is the hiking board on the church square. Walk out of town on Bahnhofstraße over the two bridges to Kreuzbach. There, turn right approx. 100 meters after the second bridge and walk along the road until the narrow cycle path begins. This takes you through the Regental valley along the Regen river directly to Miltach with its impressive castle. You then return to the entrance to the town, where you turn left at the town hall towards the train station. Leave the main road immediately after the Regenbrücke bridge and turn right along the riverbank. After crossing the railroad line, follow the narrow path along the water straight ahead and walk along the banks of the Regen River back to Blaibach, where you return to the village at the sports field. Refreshment stops: Pizzeria Vesuvio, Unteres Dorf 25 in Blaibach and restaurants in Miltach.
