Rundwanderweg Zandt - Miltach - Zandt

We start again at the hiking board in the center of the village and follow the markings in the direction of Hinterstocka and Oberstocka. At the crossroads in front of Stockerholz, where there is also a nice bench to rest on, we follow the path to the right along the edge of the forest, here you can enjoy a beautiful view of Zandt and later of Flammried. At the end of the forest path, we turn left towards Berghäusl, where the road ends and we continue along a picturesque forest path to the "Wart". Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Regental valley and the village of Miltach. Once we reach the Miltach cemetery, we have the option of walking through the underpass, along the Perlbach stream, past Miltach Castle to Miltach. Several places to stop for refreshments in Miltach await hungry hikers, for example the café at "EDEKA Welter" approx. 500m, the pizzeria or the new "Waffel" café at the train station with factory outlet approx. 1km. The return route continues via Oberndorf, where you can also stop for refreshments at Gasthaus Hofmann. In the center of the village you have to turn right to get to Eichelhof. There is still an old, inhabited Waldlerhaus here. We soon see the "Schlossberg" and "Kellerberg" vacation villages. On the right is the electronics company "Zollner", the largest employer in the district. We return to Zandt via Kläranlagen Straße, following the markings.
