From the fire station, we head north, leaving the school on the left, crossing a meadow path and continuing along the tarred road until we reach the bridge at the Hohenwarther Mühle mill and cross it. Now we follow the road to Thening and cross the village until we reach a sharp left-hand bend. Here the markings point us to the right onto a forest road, which we follow to the Schönblick mountain inn. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the pilgrimage site of Neukirchen b.Hl.Blut and the Czech Republic.
