Tourist-Info Arrach on the Lamer-Winkel-Arber cycle path towards Hohenwarth to Voglwiese (Km 1.6) and up to the left before the timber yard, after 200 m on the tarred road turn right into the forest path, after another 100 m keep left (not to Simmereinöde!); follow the forest path to the fork (km 3.1), then take the left forest path; after 300 m you reach a forest path, which you follow uphill; at km 4.3 a forest path branches off, continue half left here; after 5.2 km you reach the Eschlsaign estate, then turn right up the tarred road, which after approx. 100 m into a forest road; after another 300 m turn left onto the forest path and follow the Ar10/Ar6 markings to Eck; at km 7.0 you reach the state road, which leads uphill for 300 m to Gasthaus Eck (refreshments available!); at Gasthaus Eck, cross the road and continue on the forest path (marked La6) (please note: always stay on the well-maintained forest path here, which does not coincide with the markings); after 1 km, a short, steep bend and a further 600 m, turn left and follow the serpentine path; at km 10.1, you come to a forest road on which you have to cover approx. 1.2 km downhill (caution: don't miss the turn-off from the forest road!), then take the La6 hiking trail again (here: approx. 300 m steep passage with a sliding section); on the forest trail that then begins, descend 900 m and turn right onto the forest road; after 13.5 km you reach the hamlet of Vorderöd (refreshments available!).); continue on the forest road for 300 m and then turn left onto the tarred road to the hamlet of Trailling; turn left at the fork and follow the forest road downhill; after passing the barrier and the turning area (km 16.6), stay on the forest road and keep left at the next two forks; after 200 m you pass the Kleß estate and reach the state road, which you cross, and return to the starting point past the Bärwurzerei.
