The starting point of the hiking trail is at the board near the Zollhaus inn. A forest path on the Nurtschweg leads past the Kleeberg, the highest elevation in the municipality of Treffelstein. After leaving the forest, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The Stations of the Cross then accompany you along the way until the markings point towards Fürstenhof. Past this lovingly tended estate, the trail leads along forest and field paths over the Schwabenberg, where the Nurtschweg rejoins, to the starting point.
