Goldsteig-Zuweg Nr. 12 Neukirchen b. Hl. Blut Forstdiensthütte Hohenbogen

From the center of Neukirchen (tourist information Neukirchen b.Hl.Blut) at Hl. Blut (parking lot), follow the blue S markings on a white background on the Hohenbogenstraße from the village always uphill via Tradt and Pürzerriegel to the forest service hut. (This section is also marked with the yellow shell on a dark blue background, the marker for the East Bavarian Way of St. James) You pass four painted death boards with a cross in the middle. There are various sayings on these boards. On the last two kilometers of this section, you have a wonderful view of the Bohemian Forest a few times. At the forest service hut, you can take a short break at the forest association chapel.
