The starting point of this hiking trail is the parking lot near Waldhäusl at the folk musicians' memorial. Turn right there and follow the signs for the hiking trail on forest paths. Alternative: Forest adventure trail around the Kürnburg (medieval castle ruins, built in 1354, one of the largest and best-preserved castle ruins in Eastern Bavaria). A section of the forest adventure trail takes you back to the starting point via the nature adventure village.
