The Marienthal Cycle Path is a connecting route between the two long-distance cycle paths Naabtal Cycle Path and Regental Cycle Path. The starting point is the Phithiviers Bridge near the center of Burglengenfeld (also the connection point to the Naabtal Cycle Path). The route leads past the Upper Palatinate Folklore Museum and Lengenfeld Castle into the Regental valley. Stockenfels Castle - one of the three castles of the "Magical Ghost Triangle", which also includes Stefling and Hof castles - lies high above the Regen. It is said that the legendary "robber baron's castle" is the place where beer hunters have to do penance every night. The trail leads along forest paths down to the River Regen, where it ends at the village of Überfuhr and connects to the Regental cycle path.
