From the starting point at the Bräuhausgarten (public toilet), the route leads along Wasserstraße to Rödelanger, a recreational area on the Schwarzach. After the settlement on Neunburger Straße, the trail branches off to the left along field paths towards Schwarzachtal. The path meanders romantically along the Schwarzach. Crossing the bridge at the Alte Wutzschleife, we reach the Upper Palatinate Crafts Museum, the rebuilt Seebarn hammer mill, the old Reichsbahn locomotive, the Salzfriedl museum tavern and the Eixendorf reservoir 650 m away on the right. Turn left onto the hiking trail towards the starting point. Along the south side of the Schwarzach on the Schwarzachtal cycle path, we cross the newly built bridge back to Rödelanger and the starting point.
