From the starting point in the center of Kolmberg, we hike uphill along Schmiedgasse. At the game reserve, the hiking trail turns off to the right together with the Pandurensteig and another local hiking trail. Soon the Pandurensteig and the Ww4 leave the Ww8. The latter now continues alone on a forest road. In Schlammering with its chapel and Totenbretter group, you have access to several hiking trails.
