Weinerbergweg

From the hiking board at the church, we walk along Siegmund-Adam-Straße towards the southern part of the vacation resort of Warzenried. We walk down Haselbachstraße to the right and cross a bridge over the Haselbach to Poststraße. At the Plöderl building materials store, the Ek5 hiking trail turns left onto a field path up to the Weinerberg. At the edge of the forest we have a wonderful view of Warzenried. We walk along the edge of the forest and then follow the markings through the mixed forest. We pass the water reservoir and walk downhill to the tarred road, where we turn right for 50 meters. Immediately afterwards, we turn left onto a narrow tarred road (Gruberweg). Passing past pastures and wayside shrines, we reach a hill near Buchberg, from where we have a wonderful view of Neukirchen b. Hl. Blut and the Hohenbogen. In Vorderbuchberg we then have connections to the local (Nk1 - tip: towards Hofberg and via the Ek6 back to Warzenried) and supra-local (Baierweg) hiking trail network.
