Schöneichenweg

From Waldschmidtplatz, we walk along Burgweg, Marktstraße and then down Großaigner Straße; before the Großaigner Brücke bridge, we turn left and then immediately right again to Heuhofermühle. Immediately before the Heuhofermühle, we turn right over a footbridge and come to a tarred road again (Eichertweg), onto which the hiking trail continues to the left. We stay on this road and reach a section of forest via a field path. We walk through this wooded area and come out into the open again after approx. 1 km. After approx. 200 m, we go straight on into the forest again, where we can take a break on the benches at the Schöneichenkapelle chapel. At the end of the forest path, we come to a tarred road. After approx. 600 m, we follow this road and turn right onto a forest path. We continue along this forest path to the district road, which leads left to Gaishof. In Gaishof, we turn right and after approx. 1.5 km reach the Gaishof/Maxov border crossing. From here you can explore the Czech hiking trails.
