From the village square in Arnschwang, take the Schloßweg to the small and large footbridge, past the Malerwinkel and over the Chamb towards Bergeinöden. There the hiking trail leads straight ahead to the Wensau chapel. Along the forest nature trail and the old Stations of the Cross, you reach the Trettinger Chapel. At the chapel, the route branches off to the left towards Grub and then leads back to Arnschwang via the Wöhrmühle mill.
