Winterwanderweg zum Osser

The starting point is the parking lot in Lambach. From there, follow the signs for "Winterwanderweg Lambach" (Lambach winter hiking trail), moderately uphill on an asphalted path to the Iron Madonna (you will pass a few stops along the way on the Holzweg, a nature trail). At the statue of the Virgin Mary, the forest path continues straight ahead on a constant incline through the Lambacher Hochwald forest. After approx. 2 km, turn right onto another forest road until you reach the La3 and La1 hiking trails. Following the markings on a forest path, you reach a forest clearing/wood storage area. From here, either turn right across the Osser meadow or directly to the Großer Osser (follow the markings on the signpost). On the way back, we recommend following the signs from this point, which lead back to the starting point via a forest road.
