Waldecker Rundweg

The starting point of our "Waldecker Rundweg" is at the Bayerwald Tierpark Lohberg. From there, the tour starts at a leisurely pace through the village of Schwarzenbach. At the upper end of the village, you leave the road and the trail leads through a light forest path with small ascents up to Hinterwaldeck. Once there, the farmed "Einödhof Waldeck" invites you to stop for a bite to eat. There are pastures and a small chapel around the farm. The way back takes us past a farm at Vorderwaldeck. There we have a clear view down to the village of Lam and over to the two striking Osser peaks. We then continue along beautiful forest paths back to our starting point.
