Goldsteig S 17 Grandsberg – Landshuter Haus

After the hiker has returned to the main route (the host will tell you the shortest way!), he hikes - in the forest, past imposing rocks - to the summit of the Rauhen Kulm (1050 m). The route then leads downhill to Kalteck and then uphill again to the so-called "Regensburger Stein". The "Vogelsang", which the hiker passes, is a landscape composition of special dimensions. At the "Regensburger Stein", the trail then descends again to Bergern or, as an extension, to Mühlen. Via Grub, the Goldsteig finally leads to Wühnried, the start of the next ascent. At the small chapel in Wühnried, there is an opportunity for a short break in the local inn - however, the path leads off to the left beforehand. The following ascent is part of the Einödriegel, the summit of which is not on the Goldsteig route. Instead, the path takes hikers to today's stage destination, the Landshuter Haus, a hut run by the Bayerischer Waldverein.
