Dörnacher Runde KC 67

We start our hike at the wandertafel behind the church of Zeyern and hike across the Christusgraben (Flurnamen) uphill to a fork in the path, at which we keep left and soon reach the Zigeunerschneidmühle. At the Schneidmühle site, we turn right and follow the almost flat road in an easterly direction.

After the Buchschneidmühle, we stay on the gravel path for approx. 800 m and then turn left onto a path that leads us to Forstloh.

From here, the FrankenwaldSteigla Dörnachsteig trail accompanies us across the meadows up to the village of the same name. It is always worth taking a look back over the Wild Rodach valley.

In Dörnach, we keep to the right and soon reach the edge of the forest. At the field cross, we go straight ahead and after 200 m take the left-hand path over the hill. On the ridge, our hiking trail leads back down into the valley and we soon reach our starting point in Zeyern.
