Way description: We start the idyllic loop at the Steingaden hiking parking lot and hike along Kissingerstraße. We turn left onto Buchenstraße and cross Ammergauer Straße at the crossroads by the bridge. Now the tour runs exclusively on quiet forest paths and little roads with hardly any traffic. At the next opportunity, we take the path to the right and enter the extensive Brunnhäuslwald forest. We pass through the forest heading south. After crossing the main road again, we follow the Aubach stream. At the fountain, we turn right, follow the road and enjoy the magnificent Alpine panorama. We leave this path at the avenue and follow the path downhill back to the starting point in Steingaden.
