Attention adventurous spirits! First research assignment: explore the underground tunnels of the Peißenberg Mining Museum. From here, set off in the direction of Paterzell, pedal briefly uphill and land at the Paterzell glider airfield. Want to see the world from above? A sightseeing flight in a glider or motorized plane makes it possible. Exciting for children of all ages: watch the take-offs and landings. Take a deep breath and pedal hard; just before Paterzell, the climb is quite steep. Take a breather in the Paterzell yew forest. An educational trail clearly explains the significance of the ancient yew trees. Landscape cinema on the next section: forests, meadows, reeds. Cycle leisurely towards Zellsee/Wessobrunn, then continue along the "König-Ludwig-Radweg" towards Raisting. Absolutely worthwhile: a detour to the monastery in Wessobrunn. Next explorer stop: "spy" on the Telekom earth station in Raisting. The huge white sphere rises imposingly into the sky, surrounded by satellite antennas. Successful? Then continue along the railroad line towards Wielenbach and then via Unterhausen to Weilheim. For dropouts: from here a train goes back to Peißenberg. The cycle path from Weilheim to Peißenberg via Oderding is signposted. A lively finale: the "Rigi Rutsch'n" fun pool with a giant water slide! 36 kilometers - and water march!
