Kleine Höhenweg-Runde

Alternative description: From the parking lot at the school (subject to charge) along Dall' Armi- / Baumschulen-Straße eastwards to the edge of the village. At the benches, turn right onto the Höhenweg, which after 50 m is a gravel footpath through meadows to Emilsruh. From there, take the steps down to the Gartensee lake and along the nature conservation and FFH area on a meadow path up to the Tiefentalweg trail.
This section of the trail offers wonderful views over the Ostersee lake area, the Alpine chain and you can enjoy the peace and quiet from the numerous benches. After the last ascent via the meadow path, you reach the Tiefentalweg trail. Follow this back to the Lourdes Chapel at the parking lot.

Way description: We start at the parking lot and walk through the residential area on the narrow asphalt road of Dall` Armi Street. We turn right onto Baumschulenstraße, where an impressive view of the Alps opens up before us. At the end of the road, at the viewing bench, we turn right again and take the gravel path above the lakes, where we have beautiful views of the Gartensee. We continue downhill via a flight of steps to a stony path. We take the path and reach the end of the high path at the housing estate. We turn right onto the Tiefentalweg. We walk along the asphalt road to the Lourdes Chapel and finally reach the starting point again.
