This tour is certainly not flat everywhere. Definitely stop at a residential building. If you like castles and their history: stop at the castle (Seeheim Castle). You can start this route anywhere. The church (Evangelische Dreifaltigkeitskirche) is certainly a good starting point. Not much to add to this excellent route.
