Pleasant to meet you, Großheubach. This tour is certainly not flat everywhere. This route goes over unpaved paths. However, in dry weather, they are in excellent condition. There is little chance that you will see many cars along this route. There are not an overwhelming number of eateries where you can get something to drink, but there are a few. A route that will surely enchant you.
