The train station Wächtersbach is located along this route. On a sultry summer day, the castle (Burg Stolzenberg) offers a welcome refreshing break (when open). This route takes you over unpaved paths. However, in dry weather, they are in excellent condition. A sight along this route that you must definitely see is the parish church of St. Peter and Paul.
