This bike path explores the former Tempelhof airport, known for the airlift, which is now a park. From there, it continues into "red" Neukölln, the former East German Treptow, located on the west side of the Spree, and finally into the trendy district of Kreuzberg. The route takes you through large parks like Treptower Park, Park am Gleisdreieck, Viktoriapark, Tempelhof, and Volkspark Hasenheide. It also overlooks busy streets like Oranienstraße and Bergmannstraße, some "autonomous projects" like the housing project Köpi and the Prinzessinnengarten, as well as open-air cafés like the Gartencafé Eule and the delightful Holzmarkt by the Spree river.
