Cycling path on paved, car-free roads starting from Ballrechten-Dottingen. Overall, you will cycle 65 mostly flat kilometers, with just 500 meters of elevation. You can easily incorporate shortcuts. In Staufen, for example, you can skip the ascent to the castle ruins.
During the ride, you will cycle partly through the fields (flat) and the vineyards (sloping). The trails are never super steep. You have a view over the hills / mountains of the Black Forest (the Hochblauen) and over the Vosges.
The route is suitable for city bikes with gears, e-bikes, or racing bikes.
