1000 Curves Tour

The tour starts directly in Schönau with a super narrow and beautiful winding path through the forest.

In the region, it is also called the Fox and Hare Trail. Well, the name says it all! Then in the direction of Bernau on a slightly wider but well winding road, to finally relax in St. Blasien on the terrace of e.g. ice cream parlor Claudio.

St. Blasien is known for its beautiful cathedral, which is well worth a visit! Afterwards we dive into the Alb Valley to Albbruck. In the beginning, the road is a little wider, but it becomes narrower and more winding. The road leads through very beautiful landscapes and gorges.

Then a piece of federal road (B34) in the direction of Bad Säckingen with a view of the Rhine.
We turn to Willaringen and Hornberg for another beautiful winding adventure with many elevation changes.

In Rinkenbach you can go very well to a biker-friendly restaurant Lasser Stüble (Willaringen 15) for the big hike. We continue in the direction of Todtmoos and from there we dive into the Wehra Valley. Again beautiful narrow roads through beautiful gorges. Via Schopfheim over a forest stage to Gersbach and finally back in Todtmoos.

From Todtmoos in the direction of Ehrsberg over a beautiful winding part. If you haven't had enough curves yet, you can still turn right to Ehrsberg itself, very nice! Otherwise, however, it continues on the B317 back to Schönau.
