Dessau is an East German city that is located approximately 60 kilometers north of Leipzig. Dessau is known for its many buildings in typical Bauhaus style, of which Bauhaus Dessau is the most well known. In addition, a number of parks such as Stadtpark and Georgium can also be found in Dessau, all of which are certainly worth a visit. In Dessau everyone can certainly enjoy themselves and that makes the city ideal for a day out.
