Cycling paths in Ammerland (East Frisia). The cycling paths are provided by the Ammerland Tourism Office. On the website of this office, you will also find descriptions of the routes (PDF download). A nice clear bicycle map can be obtained from www.publicpress.de and it is the map 'Ammerland (Bad Zwischenhahn- Oldenburg- Westerstede)'. Spending the night in Westerstede is a good option to immediately cycle on different routes!
