Now it gets steep, but it goes through the forest in the shade. At the top, then the saving bench. First, we need to cool down. Then we go through the fields over the plateau. Beautifully hot. But it gets worse with the heat. Then it goes back down through the forest, past old vineyard terraces, hence the name Terassenmosel, to the vintner's hut. A beautiful view of Hatzenport and the Moselle. Now it’s really hot. To the viewpoint Rabenlay, you walk through the vineyard. It’s really nicely heated up. You can't hold on to the rock. Too hot. Incredible. After Rabenlay, we shorten the route. Amazing, these temperatures. But it was beautiful anyway.
