The RI5 Three Castles Route takes you on a roughly 13-kilometer loop hike through the beautiful nature surrounding the Weser and the Weser Hills. This moderately difficult trail covers a total of 398 meters in elevation and is mostly unpaved. Along the way, you can admire the impressive castles of Schaumburg and Paschenburg. The route is well marked and mostly guides you through quiet, car-free areas, far away from urban hustle and bustle. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of nature as you hike through the picturesque landscape.
