The path is a heart path established in collaboration with the Heart Association. It is 5.3 km long and goes from Lunden and up along Nørrestrand and back again. There are both inclines and stairs along the way, so it is not suitable for strollers and those with walking difficulties, unless you take a detour from the route. Along the way, you will pass two places with exercise equipment (in Lunden and at Forum) with suggestions for heart exercises developed by a physiotherapist from Vital Horsens. There is also a 1 km long interval stretch marked every 100m, providing plenty of opportunities to raise your heart rate along the way. If you need a rest, there are several benches set up along the route.
