Pontons is a municipality and locality in Spain, located in the province of Barcelona, in Catalonia. It belongs to the comarca of Alto Panadés, and according to the municipal census data from 2019 from INE, its population was 532 inhabitants.
The municipality is part of the province of Barcelona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia. It is situated in the northwestern part of the comarca of Alto Panadés, bordering the Barcelonan municipalities of Torrellas de Foix and La Llacuna, and the Tarragona municipalities of Querol, Aiguamurcia, and Montmell.
