Algimia de Alfara is a municipality in the comarca of Campo de Murviedro in the Valencian province. [4]
The toponym derives from the Arabic الجامع "the [mosque] aljama". [5] Formerly it also received the names of Algimia de la Baronía and Algimia de Torres Torres. [6]
