The last project, La Concòrdia, dated 1912 and inaugurated in 1913, is the application of schemes that Azemar probably used with other dimensions in nearby towns such as Maçanet de Cabrenys or Darnius, and represents an excellent example of architecture intended for recreational purposes.
The works of Josep Azemar in Agullana completely break away from curves and already hint at some traits of noucentisme. The perfect combination of materials such as granite in the bases, exposed brick in the separating bands of the different spaces of the façades, and the moderate use of ceramics and wrought iron in the finishes of the openings and fences are the external features that define his work.
