The sanctuary of Queralt, also known as Santa María de Queralt or the Virgin of Queralt, is located northwest of the city of Berga, Catalonia, within the old term of the municipality of Valldán.
The sanctuary is situated on the eastern slope of the castle of Berguedá, at the peak of the Queralt mountain range, at an altitude of 1200 meters. The place where the sanctuary stands today seems to correspond to the space that would have been occupied by the castle of the troubadour from Berguedá, Guillem de Bergadá.
