Il santuario di Queralt, chiamato anche Santa Maria di Queralt o della Vergine di Queralt, si trova a nord-ovest della città di Berga, Catalogna, all'interno del vecchio comune di Valldán.
Il santuario è situato sul versante orientale del castello di Berguedà, cima della sierra di Queralt, a un'altitudine di 1200 metri. Il luogo dove oggi sorge il santuario corrisponde, a quanto pare, allo spazio che avrebbe occupato il castello del trovatore berguedà Guillem de Bergadá.
