El Santuari de Queralt, de Santa Maria de Queralt o de la Mare de Déu de Queralt està situat al nord-oest del municipi de Berga . És una obra protegida com a bé cultural d'interès local.

El Santuari està situat al vessant oriental del Castellberguedà, cim de la serra de Queralt. L'indret on avui s'aixeca el santuari correspon, segons sembla, a l'espai que hauria ocupat el castell de Guillem de Berguedà. El conjunt de Queralt l'integren el Santuari on es venera la imatge de la Mare de Déu de Queralt i un edifici annex que acollí en el seu moment l'hostatgeria del santuari, on avui hi ha el restaurant i l'estació del funicular que hi accedeix des dels aparcaments. Hom considera igualment part del Santuari l'església de La Cova on, segons la llegenda, un pastor de Vilaforniu trobà la imatge de la Mare de Déu el segle xiv.
