Het heiligdom van Queralt, ook wel bekend als Santa María de Queralt of de Maagd van Queralt, bevindt zich in het noordwesten van de stad Berga, Catalonië, binnen de oude gemeente Valldán.
Het heiligdom ligt aan de oostelijke helling van het kasteel van Berguedá, op de top van de Sierra de Queralt, op een hoogte van 1200 meter. De plek waar vandaag het heiligdom staat, lijkt overeen te komen met de ruimte die het kasteel van de troubadour berguedá Guillem de Bergadá zou hebben ingenomen.
