The AV900 around Burgohondo follows down the village and then crosses the bridge, climbing out of the village on the AV901. Just behind the bend at the exit of the village, we follow the AV901 to Villanueva and Mijares. After 1 kilometer, we turn left downwards: AV 901 to Villanueva and Mijares. We first descend a bit, and from the bridge over the Alberche, it goes back up. We climb for 4.7 km to ascend 240 meters to Villanueva.
