The Cervera flour mill is a flour factory in the Spanish town of Cervera, in the Catalan region of La Segarra.[1]
The flour mill originates from the 'Agricultural Syndicate of Cervera', an entity founded in 1919 where more than a hundred municipalities and smaller local entities from the region grouped together in a sort of cooperative, under the sponsorship of the landowner Ramón Vidal y Trull, to address the abandonment of agricultural land by local families.[1]
