De bloemfabriek van Cervera is een meelbedrijf in de Spaanse plaats Cervera, in de Catalaanse regio Lerida van La Segarra.[1]
De bloemfabriek vindt zijn oorsprong in de 'Agrarische Unie van Cervera', een instelling opgericht in 1919 waar meer dan een honderd gemeenten en kleinere lokale entiteiten uit de regio samenkwamen in een soort coöperatie van die tijd, onder de bescherming van de landeigenaar Ramón Vidal en Trull, om het verlaten van landbouwgrond door de families in de omgeving tegen te gaan.[1]
