Camallera is a railway station owned by Adif, located to the east of the town of Camallera, in the municipality of Saus, Camallera i Llampaies in the Alt Empordà region. The station is situated on the Barcelona-Girona-Portbou line, where trains from the R11 line of the regional Rodalies de Catalunya services, operated by Renfe Operadora, stop.
This station on the Girona line was put into service in 1877 when the section built by the Company of Railways from Tarragona to Barcelona and France (TBF) between Girona and Figueres was opened.
