The Palau Maldà is a Baroque building in Barcelona protected as a Cultural Asset of Local Interest that currently houses some commercial galleries, a cinema, and a theater.
The Palau Maldà is located at the corner of Pi and Perot lo Lladre streets, very close to the Pi church. It is a large building consisting of a ground floor, two floors, and a single-pitched roof that drains into the facades. On the main facade, the one on Pi street, five openings are present per floor following the same longitudinal axes. The openings on the ground floor are flat or have a lowered arch. Notable is the entrance portal to the galleries, with a molded lowered arch, large dimensions, and framed in stone. Entering through this portal, to the right, there is a large lowered stone arch with molded imposts that leads to the stairs leading to the Maldà Cinema.
