The Reus Museum of Art and History is a museum and building protected as a Cultural Heritage of National Interest in the municipality of Reus, Spain.
The building of the Caixa de Pensions is wide, situated between two streets. The façade is divided into three parts: a central section with a ground floor, eight floors, and a rooftop, and two lateral sections with a ground floor, six floors, and a rooftop. The entire ground floor features a base that simulates stone blocks. Access to the museum is through an atrium with six columns and openings with lintels, above which there is a continuous balcony with an artificial stone balustrade. There are openings for balconies and other paired ones. It has decoration with pediments, volutes, and moldings. The top of this central section is in a pediment: twelve semi-columns, Corinthian capitals, brackets, dentils, moldings, and finials. The lateral sections have an extension after the chamfer with a symmetrical composition. The façade is made of exposed brick, plastered and artificial stone. Wooden structure.[1]
