The Manganell is a farmhouse located in the municipality of Calders, in the Moianès region. It belonged to the rural parish of Sant Pere de Viladecavalls, or Viladecavalls de Calders. Facing south, it is situated in the western sector of the Calders area, like the entire rural village of Viladecavalls. Within its territory, the Manganell occupies the central part, near and to the north of the Jorba Colony and to the northwest of the current parish church, Sant Pere de Viladecavalls. It is also close, and to the south, of the Calders Receiving Station. It is a farmhouse listed in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
